How to watch the programme?

In order to watch the show "Tsarevgrad Tarnov - Sound and Light", you need to check for an upcoming date on which the show will be broadcast. You can view the upcoming announced dates in the SHOWS section of the site.

Among the announced dates there are two types of shows - free and with tickets.

On the days for which free shows are announced, you can watch them from the foot of the Tsarevets Fortress, by taking a place on "Tsar Asen I" Square. During free shows, the lights on the square are turned off, and car traffic is in most cases diverted to bypass routes.

When a date for a show with tickets is announced, it is necessary to purchase a ticket through the site's system. Tickets for children aged 7 to 17 (inclusive), verified with a document, are at a discount. Children under 7 years old do not pay for a ticket (if they do not use a separate seat).

Your tickets are valid for the Viewing Hall (also known as the VIP platform) for observing the show, which is located at 6 "Nikola Picolo" Street in Veliko Tarnovo on the level of "Rozhdestvo Bogorodichno" Cathedral. The hall is glazed and air-conditioned, and has the best view of Tsarevets Hill, so that spectators can comfortably observe the show in all weather conditions.

When the show is with tickets, its soundtrack is not available at the square, only at the Viewing Hall.

In some cases there are available tickets for shows, which are announced as free. This means that you can watch the show for free from the square in front of Tsarevets Fortress, but you can also buy tickets and watch it from the comfortable Viewing Hall.
