I. GENERAL

These general Conditions regulate the relations between Tsarevgrad Tarnov EOOD and the users of the web site www.soundandlight.bg.

The users hereby accept the General Conditions which shall be in force each time www.soundandlight.bg is visited.

II. "TSAREVGRAD TARNOV IN SOUND AND LIGHT” PROGRAMME

The audio-visual programme “Tsarevgrad Tarnov in Sound and Light” is a unique spectacle, showed on Tsarevets Hill in Veliko Tarnovo City. By decision of Veliko Tarnovo Municipal Council No. 874, dated 23.March.2006, all assets of the programme were transferred for administration and management by the municipal company “Tsarevgrad Tarnov” EOOD, together with the right to organize and show the programme against payment to tourists and guests of the city. Based on the abovementioned decision, “Tsarevgrad Tarnov” EOOD is entitled to establish the price for viewing the programme and sell tickets to the viewers.

III. INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE PROVIDER

“Tsarevgrad Tarnov” EOOD (single member limited liability company) is a company wholly owned by Veliko Tarnovo Municipality, registered in Republic of Bulgaria, with seat and registered address in Veliko Tarnovo, 5 Hristo Botev St, company and VAT number BG104593509.

IV. REGISTRATION OF USER PROFILE

You can use the site and the information inside without registering. User registration is necessary for ordering and purchasing of tickets for Tsarevgrad Tarnov in Sound and Light” and for using other services like making reservations, accessing additional site contents and benefitting from promotional offers. The registration requires your name, surname and email address. You can also add your address and telephone number to your profile. We need this information in order to contact you about the services you purchased or requested from us.

IV. CONFIDENTIALITY

“Tsarevgrad Tarnov” EOOD is the only user of your registration information. Your personal data shall be used only for processing of your orders, sending of information bulletin and contact with you in case of problems with your request or order. “Tsarevgrad Tarnov” EOOD hereby guarantees that your personal data shall not be transferred to third parties or used for other than stated purposes, unless otherwise required by the law.

The user account of any user of www.soundandlight.bg and the data contained in it shall be erased immediately if this is requested by the user.

V. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Tickets or services can be purchased from www.soundandlight.bg by direct payments with bank cards (MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron/Classic).

The payments are processed by DSK Bank. Upon finalizing your order you will be redirected to DSK Bank page to make the payment itself. All card data shall be processed by DSK Bank system, responsible for the high level security of the payments. “Tsarevgrad Tarnov” EOOD and www.soundandlight.bg shall have NO access whatsoever to your bank/card details, nor shall gather or store such information.

VI. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

In case of circumstances which prevent a client from attending the programme after he/she had purchased tickets for “Tsarevgrad Tarnov in Sound and Light” via www.soundandlight.bg, he/she is entitled to rebook its tickets for another show within three months after the original date of the tickets.

To use this services you have to fill in, sign and submit a declaration personally in “Tsarevgrad Tarnov” EOOD office at 5 Hristo Botev St in Veliko Tarnovo or with an email sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. not later than 24 hours prior to the show, for which the tickets were initially valid. Copy of this declaration is available for download here.

“Tsarevgrad Tarnov” EOOD shall not refund the amount for purchased tickets, unless the show is cancelled due to force majeure circumstances or cancelled by the organizer.

The conditions of Art. 50-56 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Law, regarding the consumer’s right of withdrawal within 14 days after an online purchase, are not applicable to purchased tickets for entertainment events, as stated in Art. 57, Par.12 of the Consumer Protection Law.
